In this research, it has been tried to examine the comparative approaches of the two prominent philosophers from the East and West, Allameh Tabataba'i and René Descartes. One of Rene Descartes's main concern is the certainty. To ensure such a cognition, Descartes condemns the existence of God. Hence, he has tried to prove the existence of God and, for this purpose, has used two inventive and existential arguments. In the thinking of Allamah Tabataba'i, the true knowledge and knowledge of the true realms is the ultimate goal of his wisdom, of course, the ultimate goal of his philosophy is God. Hence, he has proved God through various proofs, and the most reliable of these is the proof of the proofs. His presentation is a special and ingenious verdict of the faithful, since he does not rely on any prelude to philosophical preconditions. It seems that what Descartes has said on this issue is a kind of affinity with the discussions of Allamah Tabataba'i, that is, these two philosophers in this matter are both together and stories.
